Every Second Saturday, between 10:00 and 11:00 a.m., we offer a 60 Minute Gentle Flow Yoga Course with Freya Xiong. This Course is for all Levels.
This Course is Free of Charge so people can get to know our Practice.

Escape the chill and connect with your body through our free Gentle Flow Yoga Class.In this 60 minutes we go through smooth, flowing sequences to ease tension, increase flexibility and strength.This soft smooth mindful yoga sequences offering different variations of body movements. Starts from slow efficient warm up, built up to gentle flow, no matter where you are in this practice, either stay in the moment you feel perfect balanced, or step out of your comfortable zone to challenge yourself, this class is designed to be accessible and enjoyable for all levels!

Leave your Yoga Mat at home and use our Manduka Yoga Mats during the courses.
